Please read these terms carefully before registering for Aqua Meet conferences.
1. Registration
By registering for the conference, participants agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to the conference. Aqua Meet reserves the right to cancel registrations that have not been fully paid.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions may be allowed upon prior notice. In case of event cancellation by organizers, further instructions will be provided.
4. Abstract Submission
Submitted abstracts must be original work. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their submissions.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior. Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the conference without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their work. However, Aqua Meet reserves the right to use submitted content for conference proceedings and promotional purposes.
7. Liability
Aqua Meet shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in the conference.
8. Changes to Event
Aqua Meet reserves the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.
9. Acceptance of Terms
